Catering Policy

Events of 8 people or more will be delivered by FLIK. Lunch Vouchers are also available for your convenience. Vouchers can be ordered in advance through a manager to be picked up prior to day of use. The maximum amount of vouchers per group is 40. Once the vouchers are used in the café, they will then be tallied and billed to the event coordinator’s credit card or cost center.

Ordering - Multiple orders for the same day must be separated by meals. For example, if you have an all-day event consisting of three meals you must create an order for each separate meal time; breakfast, lunch and snack. Please place all orders 48 hours prior to the event. Final count for large events over 50 people must be given 72 hours prior. Please be sure to enter the event time and delivery time accurately to avoid any errors. Delivery time should be set 30 minutes prior to the start of the event to allow for multiple deliveries that day. The food will be delivered and set up within this time frame.

Billing and Payment – We accept credit card or cost center as payment options. Credit card or cost center information must be put into the catering system at order placement time. Final charges will be made after completion of service.

Room Reservations - Room reservations are your responsibility. Please have your room reserved and table set-up reserved prior to contacting the Catering Office. Contact the appropriate department for room reservations, tables and chair setup.

China and Linen Rental Service – China/linen rental service is available upon request. Please inquire with the catering manager for details and pricing.

Wait staff - Wait staff is required for all events with over 50 guests with one additional wait staff per 25 people thereafter. A manager can provide pricing and staffing levels upon request for you specific event.

Handling of Food - Food not consumed at the function should not leave the serving area due to health and sanitation regulations. FLIK cannot assume responsibility for the handling of any food that is taken at the end of a function. This policy is in effect for the safety of our guests. Once food has been delivered, requests to move food to another location will incur additional delivery charge. We will not re-deliver a service to a personal work space or common area.

Catering Equipment - Catering supplies, coffee pots, tongs, platters, etc removed from the original location of delivery must be returned to the café the following day otherwise additional charges will be incurred.

Substitutions - FLIK Catering reserves the right to make substitutions due to circumstances beyond our control. All substitutions will be of comparable quality. We will make every attempt to inform you of any substitutions prior to the event.

Cancelation Policy- Large events require a 72 Hour advance notice, if less than a 72 hour notice non-recoverable charge for food and equipment will charged. For small events under 25 people a 24 hour notice is required. Less than a 24 hour notice non-recoverable charge for food and equipment will be charged.

Take Out Policy

We are pleased to announce our new All Day Café Takeout Program.

Orders are placed through our Catertrax portal before 10am.

We will fill the order and once completed we will finalize the payment.

Pickup will be at the Café between 11 am and 1:30pm.

Please print your order confirmation and bring to the Café.

Locate a Cashier or Manager to ensure you receive the correct order and to bypass checkout.
